HOURS MAY CHANGE BASED ON THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

POSITION: MEAL PREP ASSEMBLY

Requirements

• Work in cold refrigerated conditions

• The ability to construct and prepare meals according to composition guide and instructions
• Set up work stations with all the needed ingredients and measuring equipment
• Ensure GREAT presentation of all meals
• Be a TEAM player and interact professionally with co-workers
• Understand simple instructions
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Follow ALL sanitation rules and procedures
