NaphCare has a great opportunity for a Pharmacy Material Handler to join our Pharmacy team at our corporate office in Birmingham. The Material Handler will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory movement throughout the facility.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

POSITION SUMMARY

• Receive materials and store in correct location
• Appropriately package outgoing shipments for delivery
• Assist with the timely fulfillment and delivery of products
• Work with team members to meet set goals
• Load and unload pallets and individual cases from trucks, as well as collecting empty pallet boards
• Assist in weekly product inventory
• Managing inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory
• Performing stock checks to rotate product and remove out of date drugs on a monthly basis
• Other duties as instructed per manager

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift more than 75 pounds consistently without assistance
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time
• Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
• Reliable attendance
• Professional organizational and communication skills.
