POSITION: Material/Fabric Cutter
Description
The Cutter Operator is responsible for using patterns and cutting out pieces of hard and soft armor fabric to be used in production.
Pay starts at $15.00-$16.00/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for spreading, marking and cutting fabric material.
- Organized and can prioritize cutting according to needs of production team.
- Good knowledge or experience using tools such as hand tools, sanders, bandsaw etc.
- Experienced in working with different raw materials: soft fabrics, hard plastics.
- Construction background preferred
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions, read and communicate with supervisor and coworkers.
- Problem Solver
- Excellent time management skills to meet time-lines.
- Adapt quickly to changes or restructure of priorities.
- Knowledge or experience using tools such as hand tools, sanders, bandsaw a plus but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Required to stand for 8-12 hours while operating hand cutter.
- Safely and efficiently handle and move raw materials weighing up to 60 lbs. to designated areas

Benefits:
- 40 hours of sick time, in accordance with AZ state law after 90 days.
- 1 Week of Christmas Break (dates vary from year to year) will be paid
- 1 Week of the 4th of July Break (dates vary from year to year) will be paid
- Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and short-term disability effective the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
