The Clerk’s Office conducts all elections in Utah county pertaining to county, state or national offices, and marriage licenses and passports.
Posting Date: January 27, 2023 Closing Date: *Open Until Filled
- All applications received by February 10, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MST will be screened by the Human Resources Office. Those applicants meeting the specified qualifications and additional screening criteria will be referred for a hiring interview. POSITION: Marriage and Passport Supervisor POSTING #: 6012-0123ksa
The Opportunity:
Under general direction of the Utah County Clerk, supervises the administration of marriages and passports. Establishes, executes, and oversees administration and policy decisions for marriage license processes and United States passport acceptance. Incumbent serving in this classification is responsible for ensuring functions are executed according to statutory regulations.
Grade: 722
Starting Pay: $25.58 - $29.40 per hour
Schedule: Typically, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Job Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Five (5) years of complex administrative support experience.
3. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
Preferred Candidates will possess some of the below attributes:
1. Preference may be given to applicants with lead or supervisory experience.
