Overview:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting marketing department managers in supporting assigned field divisions and service centers.
Responsibilities:
  • Executes and proofs seasonal and monthly direct mail, email, online, video, and photo campaigns to include creative and offer recommendations and approvals; communicates status to marketing managers and other team members.
  • Creates and manages direct mail and email grids to include tracking numbers, offers, legal disclaimer, quantities, costs, etc.
  • Sets up tracking numbers with tracking vendor and test to ensure they are working and routing properly.
  • Maintains divisional offer and disclaimer grids.
  • Maintains direct mail and online tracking spreadsheets, including revenue match-back and customer acquisition type, and keeps support materials up to date.
  • Assists in creative approval process with general managers and marketing managers.
  • Manages the creation of collateral pieces, contracts, and other business forms as needed by service centers and divisions. Includes initial creative, proofing, ordering and status of printed materials.
  • Assists with the creation and execution of community activity, media, and online campaigns.
  • Manages budget versus cost expectations and provides month end marketing costs to marketing manager as requested.
  • Analyzes operational data and correlation to marketing to gain additional insights into service centers and/or division.
  • Analyzes CallCap and other phone tracking data to provide insight, including listening to calls and gathering/analyzing data.
  • Actively participates in planning and weekly status meetings with agencies and vendors.

  • Requires strong teamwork experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good organizational and data analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
