Key Role: The Marketing and Events Assistant is responsible for the growth and culture of our organization by focusing on consistent and accurate communications with families/partners, marketing via email and social media, assisting program coordinators, and hosting events for both our families/partners and team members.

Job Summary: Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Coach 5-12 Classes
- Attend weekly meetings
- Answer in office phones by third ring
- Adhere to events budget and processes
- Assist all external events
- Assist all internal events
- Assist in social media growth and engagement
- Assist in player of the week execution
- Assist in sending birthday cards each month
- Assist weekly session summaries
- Assist in distributing quarterly newsletter to partners and potential partners
- Understand State and Federal Regulations in preschools, elementary schools and parks
- Work autonomously and with a team
- Leverage network to get new accounts
- Grow current/existing accounts
- Coachable
- Growth Mindset (read books on sales, attend seminars etc.)
- GREAT communication
- Hit deadlines
- Knowledge and execution of Guerrilla Marketing
- Coach 5-12 Soccer Shots classes weekly
- Minimum of a 1 year commitment
Hours and Pay:
- 40 hours a week guarenteed
- $17-$22 DOE
- $1 raise at your work anniversary
- Once Early Childhood Units are obtained 16 paid holidays, $60 cell phone reimbursement monthly
