Basic Responsibility (primary function): 1.0 To collect, blast and degrease rubber and polyurethane inserts as scheduled. 2.0 To perform data collection, inventory control, preventive maintenance and raw material kitting as required. ======================================================================== Specific Responsibility:

1. Safety: 1.1 Knows and complies with all polices and procedures. 1.2 Knows and complies with all required protective clothing. 1.3 Knows and complies with safe operation of all equipment. 1.4 Is familiar with the use of, and understands the MSDS for all materials to be used. 1.5 Knows and complies with all manufacturers suggested handling procedures of hazardous materials.

2. Housekeeping: 2.1 Knows and complies with 15 minute cleanup period. 2.2 Knows and complies with standards of operation for each work cell. 2.3 Complies with standards for waste disposal. 2.4 Maintains personal hygiene. 2.5 Knows and complies with daily and weekly cleanup and maintenance procedures.

3. Operational: 3.1 Must be able to identify and collect all items listed on daily production schedule: 3.1.1 Able to read production schedule and identify the item number, part description and material type. 3.1.2 Able to read and use a tape measure 3.1.3 Able to read item prints and discern critical dimensions for part identification. 3.1.4 Able to properly inventory and document the warehouse location of all WIP routed from Machining and Welding. 3.1.5 Able to return to stock all “unused” or excess parts
