Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support production staff to achieve productity goals
• Communicate regularly with upper management on any problems or issues impacting production
• Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
• Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team
• Ensure adequate scheduling of staff
• Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without comprimising safety or quality
