Hellas Construction Inc., headquartered in Cedar Park, TX, is nationwide leading the industry in sports complex facility construction. We manufacture, install & resurface artificial turfs & synthetic surfaces while completing the design from start to finish.
Hellas is looking for a Manufacturing Assistant to aid the Turf Department in its rapid growth by finalizing field designs, tracking projects, inputting relevant production data, and creating work orders for the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Communicate internally with Hellas Business Development Managers, Project Managers, and Estimating team members to ascertain project specifications and designs to assist in the calculation of material requirements.
- Collect information on all new projects and enter into master tracker
- Collaborate with the turf design team to create and revise shop drawings
- Distribute shop drawings and product specifications to Hellas Business Development Managers and Project Managers
- Create manufacturing orders based on approved shop drawings for the production plant
- Generate invoicing reports based on turf production
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced construction/manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal history background check and/or fingerprinting.
