Job description

As a Manufacturer Support Associate, you support our business by corresponding with our partnered manufacturers regarding service calls and inquiries. This position also accurately records information critical to facilitate effective service delivery and exceed manufacturer expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound emails and phone calls concerning service requests and inquiries
  • Obtain information from the manufacturer and enter data in real time into the business system to facilitate effective service and appropriate follow-up
  • Determine urgency of request, equipment information and technician skill based on manufacturer request.
  • Work with team members and other departments at times including dispatch, billing, credit, and field management to resolve escalations.
  • Make outbound calls as needed to obtain information and provide responses to manufacturer requests.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to think outside of the box and quickly make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with organizational and time management skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills in a Windows based environment, with the ability to learn unique and proprietary software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
