The Enterprise Platforms Loyalty & Benefits organization is looking for a talented and experienced associate product owner to drive the transformation of our Benefits capabilities.

As the Sr Product Manager for the Benefits Platforms, you'll be working in Agile with other Product Managers and Engineering teams to prioritize the backlog, develop user stories and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver on loyalty initiatives.

You will consult with business partners to articulate outcomes and expectations, tie initiatives to key metrics, and drive consensus around Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions. You'll work with execution teams to ensure delivery of high-quality and timely software products.

A key part of this role will be to build and foster a culture of agility and product ownership in close partnership with technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and actively manage a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams

  • Translating features into prioritized user stories and working closely with technical teams

  • Deep engagement and consultation with various products owners and business teams to understand current and future needs for Rewards and Offers capabilities

  • Full participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies

  • Communicate and build consensus across multiple teams in creating solutions for business, partner & card member needs

  • Management of one or more Associate Product Manager direct report

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to consult with various stakeholders and define optimal requirements

  • Problem solving, project management and analytical skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks

  • Familiarity with agile and scrum software development methodologies is desirable

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or comparable experience)


Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
