JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Manager of Quality and Data Analytics will work closely with the Quality Assurance Nurse Director to ensure optimal quality of care across all departments and programs at Home Health & Hospice. The Manager of Quality and Data Analytics will build a highly reliable data analytics program that is comprehensive and responsive to the organization’s needs to contribute to the organization’s continued success.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field
Master’s degree in related field preferred
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years progressive experience in data analytics and quality improvement
Active CPHQ preferred or obtained within 1 year
Lean certification/training preferred
