Location: West Seneca, NY(1 day working from home per week)
Job Type: Full-Time, Salary
Pay Range: $55K – $60K per year

What will you be doing?
As the Manager of Benefits & Total Rewards, you will support and implement BrightPath’s total rewards philosophy. In addition, you will oversee daily functions including benefits, rewards/recognition, and retention.
Other responsibilities include:
- Supervising benefits administration across our US entities
- Generating and presenting total compensation statement
- Communicating and managing ongoing relationships with vendors and brokers
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring recognition programs
- Creating and executing employee retention initiatives
- Conducting compensation and benefits market research and analysis

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years Management experience
- 4 years Benefits or Rewards and Recognition experience
- Experience with US and Canadian Benefits preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
