Large Real Estate Development and Property Management firm looking for a Maintenance Technician for West Mill Gardens Apartment complex. The position will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‐to‐day operations of the community. Opportunity for advancement available.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Complete grounds work such as: maintaining / cleaning laundry rooms and dumpsters; grounds pick up and sweeping
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Qualifications and Skills:

The Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

Must have drivers license and own car.

Snow removal a must.

Job Requirements:

• Prep units
• Remove and put blinds up
• Install peel and stick flooring
• Clean grounds that are assigned to them
• Be able to help other employees when needed
• Move applicants to a unit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
