Maintenance Technician (Part-time)

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a Capital Improvement and Maintenance Technician. This position has primary responsibility for the maintenance of People Incorporated buildings and grounds at Tazewell Village in New Tazewell, TN. Repairs include minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The Ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge and/or experience in basic maintenance and repair of carpentry, electric, plumbing, and HVAC. Basic computer skills are also required.
