As a Maintenance Technician you will not be doing the same thing every day. We will provide you with the setting and tools to be successful in troubleshooting and problem solving - things you like to do! You'll be working in a safe, clean, climate controlled environment that enables you to perform your best.
In this role as a Maintenance Tech, you will d iagnose and repair damaged or malfunctioning machining equipment using hand tools provided by Hydro-Gear. In addition, you will work with a manufacturing engineering team to implement cutting edge processes and equipment along with performing scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
As a Machining Maintenance Tech, you will work on high precision CNC equipment and automated robot machining cells. You will be an important part of our team that helps in building and maintaining reliability in our processes to keep our coworkers safe and provide our customers with quality products delivered on time.
- A minimum 2 years of related experience in industrial maintenance or 2 year college/tech degree
- Electrical experience (up to 480VAC)
- PLC and Ladder Logic troubleshooting
- Industrial controls
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
