The job requirements for the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong Mechanical Background Required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness
• Physical Demands and Work Conditions
• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling.
• Moving, carrying, lifting, objects in excess of 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and Teamwork
• Oilfield experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve issues as they arise
• Hard Worker that is Safety-Minded
• Willing to Learn and Follow Instructions
• Honest and Trust Worthy
• Work as a Team
• Have dependable transportation to get to Work

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the water treatment plant
• Repairing Air Hose and Reel
• Changing out Torque machine cylinders replacing hoses
• Taking Care of Waste Disposal
• Calling and overseeing forklift repairs, Torque machine repairs when vendors come on site
• Help with moving of Shop Equipment and re-securing in new location
• Maintain maintenance on all equipment like flow loop engines, torque machines, hydro vises
• Help with Keeping yard areas clean
• Any Special Projects that might need assistance
• Submitting for PO for work getting performed
• Keeping up with maintenance room and supplies needed for the shop
• Will have to make sure all required Baker Hughes Learning Modules are up to date.
• Writing Work Permits for Vendors Performing Work
• Be Available when Needed on Weekends, Holidays, and Emergencies (This Will Be Planned)
