Immediate Opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Lakewood Terrace apartment community. This 152 Unit community is in the Belton area and we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for the property. This ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and have prior experience in the areas of management, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, general maintenance, time management, scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• 4 years multi-family Apartment Maintenance experience
• Must be HVAC certified
• Must have verifiable team Supervisor experience of at least 2 years
• 1 year experience working with natural gas
• Must be available for after hours and weekend on-call schedule (participate and coordinate with on-call rotations)
• Supervise maintenance team and train maintenance staff
• Walk vacant units and ensure that all make-ready units are completed and on schedule
• Schedule and assist with daily operations and tracking of work orders
• Completion of preventive maintenance schedule and conducts apartment and property inspections
• Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules and regulations
• Must have own transportation and have own hand tools and live within a 20 mile radius
