Job Title: Maintenance Site Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Maintenance Site Leader to manage a team of Millwright, Electrical, and Robotic Maintenance Technicians for a customer aluminum casting foundry in the Grand Haven/Muskegon, MI area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Tier-1 Automotive Environment and be familiar with ABB Robots S4 and IRB5, as well as saws, heat treat, and hydraulic trim press operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Millwright, Electrical, and Robotic Maintenance Technicians

• Work closely with customers, plant staff, and outside support to ensure efficient operations

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

• Plan, schedule, and execute turnaround activities as needed

• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures

• Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions

• Provide daily reporting to multiple parties

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of Millwright, Electrician, and Robotic Maintenance Technicians in a Tier-1 Automotive Environment

• Knowledge of ABB S4 and IRB-5

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC 5 and Rockwell Automation Software preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with union skilled trades, outside contractors, and suppliers

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Ability to collaborate with site management teams, employees, and team members

• Strong commitment to safety

• Candidates with a previous long-term leadership role in civilian or military skilled trades or a STEM associate or bachelor's degree program are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
