Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic. This is a Full Time Day opportunity working Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm.

What You Will Do:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will carry out our Mission of Love by performing building and grounds maintenance duties to maintain Masonic Village buildings, properties, grounds and roadways.. Our Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for the following:
- The demonstrated general knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills to perform facility maintenance work as required.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and evaluates all equipment and systems assigned including but not limited to; heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Assists in the installation and major repair of this equipment.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and evaluates all equipment and systems assigned including but not limited to; heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Assists in the installation and major repair of this equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment including testing and maintaining of electrical equipment and devices. Assists outside contractors in their work relating to preventive maintenance of major systems and equipment including but not limited to chillers, major air handlers, fire protection, elevators and other systems on contracted maintenance.
- Be available for emergency calls as required and or weekend/holiday on call duty as indicated by schedule, maintaining availability to accept Switchboard calls and to respond to make repairs or provide help as necessary.
- Completes computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) generated work orders and provides clear documentation of work as required. Generates work orders for additional work or tasks identified in the field and completes or submits them as appropriate.
What You Definitely Have:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- A basic working knowledge of masonry, carpentry, building maintenance, painting and operation of basic excavation equipment.
- I have a current and valid PA Drivers License
- Good written, oral, organizational, and computer skills.
