Maintenance Helper

$30-35/hr. 1st Shift - Redmond, WA

Biotech company looking for someone to assist SR. Maintenance Technician with equipment and building operations

Overview:

Pay: 60k-70k per year

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Duties:

• Assist / manage maintenance of Process Equipment, Facilities and support Utilities
• Ensure Facility and process related equipment are maintained in good conditions by following regularly PM and Calibration program.
• Perform / Manage varies activities related to general upkeeping and housekeeping of the facility
• Manage waste Disposal and co-ordinate waste Disposal activities with outside Vendor.
• Conduct daily facility rounds and check.
• Follow all SOP related to facility / Utility and Process Equipment.
• Maintain appropriate logs and documentations as related to facility and Utilities
• Support Quality Assurance department with Investigation activities as related to facility or utilities.
• Manage all annual external agencies walkthrough / Inspections like Fire, Boiler, hazards material etc.
• Manage, maintenance and attend remote monitoring of critical Temp /Humidity Alarm System.
• Manage external Support Contractors /Vendors as related to Facility / Utilities.
• Make sure all general safety norms are adhered to during execution of the work.
