- Assist Maintenance Coordinator with directing and controlling all operations of the department
- Requires hands-on work, alone or with assistants
- Completion of routine, non-routine and emergency maintenance and repairs
- Assures compliance of facilities with applicable governmental regulation including federal, state, local, fire marshal and local health department.
The safety of all persons is prerequisite to all operations. Knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, safety regulations and guidelines associated with healthcare facilities is a plus but not required.
