We are currently seeking a Mainframe Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team. This position will work remotely from your home office located within the US.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Project lifecycle management Design, Develop, Unit test/UAT, Production Deployment
- Analysis of existing processes
- Peer reviewing code
- Document design changes for existing processes
- Developing code in DB2, IMS, COBOL, JCL
- Mainframe modernization techniques
- Ideation and provide creative solutions for mainframe process(s) (e.g. PowerBI for warehouse reporting)
- Flexible, ability to learn and swivel across multiple functional areas (e.g. manufacturing and procurement)
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of IBM Mainframe experience with JCL, CICS, COBOL, DB2, IMS
