We are seeking a Mail and Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team at IST Management Services in Calabasas, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mailroom and warehouse operations and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. We are committed to both excellence for our clients and upward mobility for our employees. Prior experience in customer service is also a plus.

Hourly Compensation: The compensation for this role may range from $19.00 – $20.00 USD per hour based upon relevant work experience and performance during the interview process.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Occasional pre-planned night and weekend assignments based on projects

- Shipping/Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages, domestic and international - HAZMAT certification or willingness complete training required
- Warehouse and Storage Room Maintenance – Organize and inventory product, utilization of forklift as needed; maintain organization and safety compliance
- Mail Services - Operate various mailing equipment and complete mail runs
- Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment and multi-task
- Adhere to all safety procedures and participate in cross-training
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and authorization to work for any employer in the US
- Forklift experience
- HAZMAT shipping certification
- Attention to detail and organization; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- A valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
