Job Description:

1. Operate HMI, analyze and make adjustment on the HMI
2. Operate multiple equipment in the Packout
3. Setup and change over equipment
4. Operate high speed equipment such as Case Packer
5. Clear jammed and restart equipment
6. Perform daily lubrication PM on equipments
7. Load corrugate onto machine
8. Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
9. Ability to maintain 2-3 equipment running at the same time.
10. Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
11. Comply with all GMP, safety, and health regulations
12. Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
13. Able to troubleshoot minor issues making minor mechanical adjustments or HMI adjustments
14. Able to troubleshoot major issues either mechanical or HMI to get machines back up to running.
15. Ability to understand the speed and flow of production line to plan materials and quantity to produce

2nd shift
1pm or 3rd shift
