In order to continue to reach our goals as a company, we are seeking experienced LVN or RN to join our team. Candidates should be able to perform the essential responsibilities as well as meet the qualifications listed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern a long-term care facility.
- Ensure that the nursing services Policies and Procedures Manual is followed.
- Direct the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
- Must be able to lift/transfer a minimum of 25 pounds.
Qualifications:
- TX LVN or RN License
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
