Job Responsibilities – Lube Technician

Required to apply the lubricants to the moving parts of the heavy equipment, to include engine oil changes and filters.

Inspections per checklist on heavy equipment

Regular checks on the engine to prevent premature wear and ensure optimal engine performance.

Replaces cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.

Perform general inspections per checklist on heavy equipment.

They notify the shop manager when vehicle maintenance cannot be completed and/or when maintenance is completed.

EXTERNAL QUALIFICATION:

Qualifications:

Lube Technician

High school diploma or any relevant qualification.

Valid driver’s license.

Lube technicians also need to have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

They need to have good communication and interpersonal skills.

1 year of Lube Technician experience desired

Must have good reliable transportation to make it to and from work.

Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

Willingness to work in a team environment

Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement.

Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
