ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with a variety of management activities where needed within the Lost Lake Resort Enterprise operations
  • Plan, coordinate, supervise, and work along with personnel in all daily operations.
  • Determine work assignments and utilization of personnel, equipment and materials in consultation with Manager and designees
  • Must be able to receive direction and assignments in maintaining the facility or expanding the infrastructure and in developments of the business
  • Research, draft and Implement plans for new developments and be hands on in all projects in consultation with the Manager
  • Evaluate plans, policies, procedure, work methods and operations of meet the market and tribal demands as assigned
  • Responsible for the enforcement of policies by all residents and employees, on a 24/7 basis for any operation as assigned
  • Must have an understanding of Lost Lake Resort infrastructure.
  • Responsible for the personnel in accordance with tribal policies.
  • Develop short term and long-term objectives for the operations as assigned, prepare reports to management and assist the Enterprise manager with budget preparation and administration as assigned
  • Ability to initiate and complete Proprietary Sublease Agreements, transfers, and related documents.
  • Keep up-to-date records of all financial information within Tribal Accounting Policy and Procedures.
  • Receive, verify, and deposit all lease account payments, and all sources of income.
  • Maintain expense records and reconcile all accounts for submission to the Tribes accountant
  • Communicate effectively with Bluewater Lagoon customers, uphold public relations, and maintains a high standard business Integrity.
  • Must be able to communicate and coordinate with local and federal government agencies such as EPA and EPO regulations.
  • Handling bank deposits for Lost Lake Resort as assigned by Enterprise Manager or designee.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have college degree and/or minimum of three (3) years management experience in closely related field.
  • Must have high level of computer literacy, experience with Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting programs
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and be bendable
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication and written skills to effectively deal with the customers, public, and employees.
  • Able to work independently, and be a team player
  • Must have a general understanding of Tribal building codes and regulations.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be available on site to work on all weekends and holidays. Preferable that applicant resides on location.
  • Must be able to operate vehicles and equipment used at Lost Lake Resort.
  • Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have initiative, a positive attitude and be a problem solver.
  • Able and willing to obtain Very Small Water Systems certification, Level 1 Water Treatment certification, Wastewater Collections certification, Utility Management certification per enterprise needs.

Pay: $94,500.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
