Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analysis in the Fayetteville, NC area. The successful candidate will provide Battalion Logistics Accountability Support to United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USJFKSWCS). The candidate will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a variety of topics and functions, including (but not limited to): basic sustainment (supply (all classes except Class V and Class VIII), field services, and material and distribution management), transportation. Possess a working knowledge and problem solving skills set with GCSS-Army. Apply basic logistics and supply management principles and detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to stock control, receipt, storage, issue, inventory, and accountability. The skills to prepare documentation for disposition of excess property items and complete item reconciliations. Assist companies in the performance of property scrub between: Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), (referred to as the Property Book Scrub); Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) and Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP). Assist the S4 OIC/NCOIC in their absence. Conduct equipment inspections necessary to ensure recoverable/nonexpendable equipment to major end items are on hand or otherwise accounted for IAW regulatory requirements. Attend GRP level meeting concerning all matters of logistics. Assist in establishing battalion logistics SOPs, assist with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), and assist the Government with maintaining compliance with DoD, DA, and USASOC regulations, directives and policies. Provide duties as Vehicle Control Officer, tracking and reporting scheduled services, mileage and utilization.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Be a graduate of the Army Combined Logistics Captains Career Course (90A); or Army Quartermaster Basic Officer Leaders Course (92A) or 92Y MOS Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course Producing School or other branch of service equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory logistics experience at the battalion level.
  • Expertise in Government Purchase Card (GPC) transactions.
  • Experience with GCSS-Army.
  • Experience with reviewing and validating monthly Unit Status Reports.
  • Working knowledge with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), DoD, DA, and USASOC regulations, directives and policies.
Desired Skills:
  • Possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all functions.
  • Be able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and display expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess a valid, unencumbered state driver’s license.
  • Be able to drive Government-owned trucks, vans and vehicles. No CDL license required.
  • Be able to perform duties independently, with little or no supervision.
  • Be able to write correspondence in a military format and be familiar with AR 25-50.
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
