Customer Service/Material Logistics Coordinator

Mod Tech is looking for a Customer Service/Material Logistics Coordinator. They must be organized and handle multiple tasks. This position can be fast paced at times and tasks are time sensitive. Must demonstrate positive attitude and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in shipping and receiving is a plus. This position has growth potential for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • Entry of customer orders
  • Raw material expediting
  • Coordinate shipping/receiving logistics
  • Generate Packing Slips and Invoices for customers
  • Answer calls and emails regarding shipments. Customer service etiquette is required.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Data entry in Access database
  • Verify shipments going out have correct information
  • Use customer portals for shipment and order information
  • Proper filing of purchase order, shipments, and receipts.

Wage: Based on experience

Schedule: M-F 7AM-4PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
