JOB SUMMARY:
Facilitates accurate and timely delivery of Mortgage Closing Documents and Funds to Settlement Agents for new home purchase mortgage loans. Delivers closed packages to Post-Closing Team for review and delivery to investors.

Facilitates accurate and timely delivery of Mortgage Closing Documents and Funds to Settlement Agents for new home purchase mortgage loans. Delivers closed packages to Post-Closing Team for review and delivery to investors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports and participates in a Team Approach to Customer Satisfaction through Closing Accuracy, Speed, and Partnership with all participants in the Mortgage Process.

Prepares loan documents for signature. Verifies accuracy of loan file, i.e., interest rate, property, sales price, loan amount, vesting. Verifies lock confirmation for not only interest rates, but also lock expirations.

Completes all fee provider names, payer, and placement associated with the loan.

Interfaces with title companies to make decisions on acceptability of Vesting, taxes, endorsements, and investor requirements.

Verifies funding docs, as needed, for accuracy of signatures and investor requirements.

Generates fundings to title companies. Coordinates cash flow related to loan fundings with accounting department and lender, as needed.

Corrects errors found Post-Close.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Team player, to partner well with our high performing team

1-3 years prior new home closing experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Proficient with MS Office and ability to learn various mortgage systems
Hybrid work arrangement - (in-office and remote) at our Englewood, CO office location.
Budgeted Salary Range: $25.00-30.00 per hour depending on experience. This position is also eligible for monthly bonuses based upon the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
