This position is for a live-in caregiver role. We are seeking a highly dedicated Professional Caregiver to serve in this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ideally has at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population

• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

• Have a passion for serving others

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities professionally and with compassion

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping

• Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship

• Document using company approved program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Schedule: Consistent and flexible shifts

• Experience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

• Client's homes

• Skilled, Independent and Assisted Living Communities

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

• Supervisor: Executive Administrator or Administrator of Care

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements

• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers

• Able to talk, hear and see

• Must be professional

• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

COMPENSATION:
$4,000/Month
