Menn Law Firm, Ltd. seeks a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our team of litigators. We are looking for an attorney who wants to become a winning trial lawyer and who is committed to the professional development necessary to be the best at what you do. $70,000 - $80,000

• Perform legal research; draft motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and status updates; oversee and analyze discovery.
• Performing case and legal strategy tasks needed to drive cases to milestones and timely resolution.
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and serve as the initial contact between the Firm and its clients.
• Appear on behalf of and advocate for clients during deposition, mediation, meetings, and various types of hearings.
• Meet with clients to learn the goals of representation and ensure the client is kept updated on the progress of their matters.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information/documents/records needed.
• Approve and file final court documents under the supervision of Shareholders/Partners
• Assisting Shareholders/Partners in preparing for court appearances, client meetings, mediations, etc.
• Attend court appearances, client meetings, mediations, and various types of hearings with and/or on behalf of Shareholders/Partners.
• When delegated, prospect for new clients through marketing, networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements.
• Remain open to continuous learning and asking questions of and seeking work from Shareholders/Partners.

• Associates must have a law degree from an accredited law school and be licensed in the State of Wisconsin.
• Previous litigation experience is required.
