DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONPreparation and distribution of clean linens to Nursing Units and other user areas. Other duties to include soil linen pickup and laundry area maintenance

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)

Experience:

1-3 months of on the job training under the direction of a team leader or supervisor.

Proven ability to perform duties and tasks in accordance with established standards

Education and Training:

High School / GED is preferred.

Ability to read and write English.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to use communication devices such as telephones, pagers, and computer literate etc

Ability to follow instructions.

Ability to perform repetitive duties.
