Job Summary:
This position is an integral part of the Lift Maintenance team. The Lift Electrical Specialist oversees special projects, emergency, and preventative maintenance on a variety of ski lift electrical, electro-mechanical, light industrial control systems, and commercial equipment.
Job Specifications:
Wage: Starting Wage at $28.00, higher compensation depending on experience
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time
Skill Level: Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the safe and reliable electronic operation of the ski lifts, utilizing technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime, including the responsibility of high and low voltage systems and the upkeep and maintenance of lift controller programming
Responsible for performing all routine and assigned maintenance procedures as well as recording all information of work performed on lifts and submitting timely
Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results
Be able to follow safety and risk management policies and procedures
Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization, including Apprentices, Mechanics, and Lift Operations staff
Other duties as assigned (Will be included in all postings)
Job Requirements
Prior experience in electrical and programming
Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license
Ability to work efficiently at heights
Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.
Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred
The budgeted range starts at $28 - $52.93. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
