The Ashleigh at Lansdowne Retirement Community is currently hiring for a Life Enrichment Assistant to join the team!
Schedule: Every Friday & Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm
The Life Enrichment Assistant implements the community’s Life Enrichment activities and events for Independent/Assisted Living and for the Memory Care program (Inspiritás) under the direction of the Life Enrichment Director (LED) or assignment from the Inspiritás Coordinator (LEC). The LEA serves as a knowledgeable and creative resource to the LED/LEC in regard to understanding and addressing the specific needs of residents.
The Life Enrichment Assistant implements the community’s Life Enrichment activities and innovative Life Enrichment program to enhance the emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and intellectual well-being of the residents.- Contributes to Life Enrichment activity/event planning by bringing knowledgeable suggestions or community resources.
- Encourages residents to participate in Life Enrichment programs with an upbeat, helpful, and positive attitude.
- Actively participates in educational opportunities to improve the service delivery to residents with dementia.
