We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse - Home Health (Part-time - 1099) to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients in a home health setup. Must be able to cover ANAHEIM, GARDEN GROVE, BREA, IRVINE, ORANGE COUNTY, FOUNTAIN VALLEY, HUNTINGTON BEACH, WHITTIER, NORWALK, CERRITOS!

Responsibilities:

• Must cover 5 patients per day; Total of 25 patients per week (Back Office will be in charge of Scheduling)
• Quality Assurance Back Office that will assist in documentation
• Must be ok with taking wound cases
• Providing nurse visits to home health patients (home visits)
• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or home health.
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reimbursement: $3500 - Fixed MONTHLY Rate. Paid every 15th and 30th of the month on a Net 30 payment schedule via Direct Deposit.

• Professional License
• Academic Diploma
• Updated CV/Resume with Experience

• Active BLS or CPR Certification
• Recent Physical Examination OR Fit-to-Work Note from Physician
• Valid (1 year) TB/PPD Test OR Valid (3 years) Chest Xray
• COVID Vaccine Card/Records (Includes Booster/s)
• Influenza Vaccine (or Declination)
• MMR Immunization Records
• Hepatitis B Immunization Records
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Photo (For Issuing of Company ID)
• Reference Check (at least 2 credible referees)
