Vitalize Behavioral Health & Psychometrics Inc is a private outpatient mental health practice serving the Central Valley of CA. We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to clients. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct mental health assessments to determine the clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

· Provide individual, group, and family therapy services using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

· Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

· Collaborate with other professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health providers, to ensure holistic care.

· Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss treatment plans, progress, and discharge plans.

· Provide crisis intervention services as needed.

· Attend professional development workshops and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and therapies.

· Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines established by the profession and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

· Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

· Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).

· Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

· Experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and guidelines.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
