PAY RATES:

1. FULL TIME (36+ Hours a week) - $25.00 - $30.00 BASE

2. PART TIME (20-35 Hours a week) - $22.00 - $27.00 BASE

+ THE ABSOLUTE BEST TIPS IN ORANGE COUNTY. AVG TIP IS $35.00 per service. All clients are wealthy Laguna Beach residents or tourists.

+ Cashed Out Tips (if that is your preference)

OUR COMPENSATION PLAN:

1. EARN ON AVERAGE $60 - $75 PER SERVICE (incl. tips). AVG. TIP IS $35 PER SERVICE.

2. EARN $15.00 AN HOUR FOR ALL SIT TIME YOU SPEND ON SHIFT BUT NOT PERFORMING SERVICES ("WAIT TIME").

3. MULTIPLE DAILY PAID BREAKS AT $25.00 AN HOUR BASE RATE!

Massage Therapist -- Qualifications and Requirements:

- Licensed in California to perform massage - CAMTC.

- Must be a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT)

- Knowledge and understanding of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage required

- Available to work at least 3 days a week, including some afternoon/evening shifts, and at least one day on the weekend.
