Position Description

In this role, you will take control of the front-end client experience by being the firm's first point of contact. This position will handle important administrative duties related to the direct attorney and staff support, customer service, and client retention. We need an individual who is a team player, has excellent administrative and communication skills, and brings energy, positivity, and a "can-do" attitude to work daily.

What you will do:

  • In this role, you will take control of the front-end client experience by being the firm's first point of contact
  • This position will handle important administrative duties related to the direct attorney and staff support, customer service, and client retention
  • Answer phones, welcome clients, and set up conference rooms for meetings
  • Receive and track prospective client leads
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and update client statuses in the firm's practice management system
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients by phone, in person, and by email
  • Assist team members when they need a hand
  • Manage paper and electronic case files
  • Receive and process daily mail
  • Copy, scan, file, and order office supplies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
