Our client is seeking a Leasing Officer to work out of their Denver Colorado location. This individual would work for a $10 Billion bank that has a leasing division. They would be a generalist leasing individual that could call on a variety of types of leasing or make a niche for themselves in their specialty. They call on everything from construction, trucks, manufacturing, equipment, forklifts, medical etc. Average lease is $500,000 to $5 million but they can call on larger leases. The ideal individual will be someone with experience that can work with autonomy. They would like to see someone that has the capacity to bring in $20 million a year. The leasing division has their own support team that consists of their own credit analysts, documentation people etc. to provide the speed of decision making and closing to more of a transactional based credit. The bank does hold on to the majority of the lease. This is a growing leasing division with a bank that has been ranked one of the top places to work.
