• The Leasing Manager will lead a team of leasing consultants and is responsible for leasing out community apartments and assisting tenants with their needs.
• Their duties include meeting with prospective tenants to determine lease terms, receiving security deposits, and coordinating with current tenants to discuss lease changes and best promote the business.

• Conduct Market Surveys to monitor competitors and the surrounding market to adapt marketing strategies as needed
• Support the day-to-day operations of the leasing efforts, which includes direct oversight over marketing strategies, the leasing team, and providing customer service to current and prospective residents
• Train and lead the leasing consultant team in all areas relating to developing prospective residents and processing leasing applications
• Lead property and unit tours to potential residents
• Report accurate prospect traffic and leasing data
• Confirm all leasing files for Property Manager review

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of Leasing experience within a similar market; direct Lease Up experience is preferred
• Proficient understanding of Onesite, Yieldstar, and I Love Leasing property management software
• Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Technically proficient with online marketing strategies
• Strong time-management, follow-up, and organizational skills
