The Araho Group is hiring a Leasing Manager to join our centralized team in Lone Tree, CO.
We are a growing owner-operator of small apartment communities located in Denver, Greeley, Longmont, and Colorado Springs. Key Responsibilities:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving new leases and renewals for a scattered site, 250 unit portfolio located throughout the front range. The Leasing Manager is the face of our growing business and is an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping people and excels in an autonomous, rewards-based environment. Primary duties include sales, customer service and marketing. This position reports to the Portfolio Manager and has frequent interaction with the owner.
- Market available apartment homes by creating and placing ads with advertising platforms including Zillow, Zumper, Apartments.com and others.
- Lease apartments to prospective residents utilizing company process and systems.
- Provide customer service to residents, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate the move-in and move-out process across portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships with onsite maintenance and vendors.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a sales/customer service role with a track record of success in a goal-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with a sales process and ability to follow up and follow through to achieve consistent results.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities on a daily basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors in Business, Management or related field preferred.
Position Details:
- Location: This is an in-office role, located in Lone Tree, CO near Park Meadows Mall.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, typically Tuesday through Saturday and assist with critical items outside of business hours.
- Compensation: Salary between $45K-$55K/yr + commissions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
