Position Summary:

Hampton Township School District is seeking a customer service oriented Lead Technician with expertise in mobile device management (MDM) systems for Apple and Microsoft platforms. Essential to this position is knowledge of Jamf and Intune configuration policies and application deployments in support of the computing and technology needs of the organization. The Lead Technician will have the ability to provide advanced technical support to resolve issues across a diverse range of computing and peripheral hardware sets, and share excitement in maintaining the operational integrity, stability and efficiency of the technologies and services provided. The Lead Technician reports to the Assistant Director of Technology, and is a valued member of our team. We are seeking someone who is resourceful and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to embrace organizational culture.
