$1,500 sign-on bonus paid through 30 days, 90 days and 6 months of employment. General Labor $750

SUMMARY:
To maximize production of Drum Dry products which meet customer specifications while managing the Drum Dry operations and crew. Lead packaging team, and grind line team when running, by communicating effectively with other Team Leaders, co-workers, and Supervisors; and maintaining a smooth product flow. Operate process equipment to supply raw fruit to peeling process to ensure that peelers are working efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of fruit through the Urschel’s and cutters to the dryer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

  • Weekly Start-up – Check Production Schedule and set up a line, turn the robot on, etc.
  • Meet Customer Demands

  • Lock-out Tag-out
  • Lead Crew to Meet Process Needs
  • Operate Drum Dryers

  • Operate forklift
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Required: Forklift Certification, Washington State Driver’s License
