Lead HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to employees
• Manage a team of 2
• Leave and disability management, legal compliance, and statutory reporting
• Interpret policies and guidelines to staff
• Provide guidance on general best practices
• Assist managers with performance improvement plans
• Point of contact for employee/staff grievances
• Lead communication efforts between management and HR
• Initiate engagement tactics
• Assist with benefits administration

Qualifications
