Lead HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to employees
- Manage a team of 2
- Leave and disability management, legal compliance, and statutory reporting
- Interpret policies and guidelines to staff
- Provide guidance on general best practices
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans
- Point of contact for employee/staff grievances
- Lead communication efforts between management and HR
- Initiate engagement tactics
- Assist with benefits administration
Qualifications
- High school degree/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
