LEAD DETAILER NEEDED $20 - $25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Wasilla Chevrolet has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Detailer. This position is a supervisory position will require an individual that is self-motivated and needs very little supervision and direction once trained in. It is important that this individual strive to work in such a way that all customers and co-workers are able to receive the best Experience.

• Wash, wax, and buff new and used vehicles.
• Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles.
• Operate all tools in a safe manner.
• Adhere to the Wasilla Chevrolet and standard operating procedures.
• Keep work area clean and always organized.
• Ability to stay proactive and productive throughout workday.
• Flexibility on schedule being able to work nights and weekends.
• Make sure the shop stays busy when the manager is not around.
• Make sure all SOPs are being followed and to make sure they get done.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Ability to train and supervise other detailers.

Qualifications:

• Previous detail experience required.
• Ability to use vendor materials and general supplies efficiently and cost effectively.
• Must be a self-starter, come to work motivated.
• Good communication skills
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.
• A night/weekend lead detailer

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
