Job description
Lead Carpenter/Supervisor wanted for well-established residential remodeling and new home construction company doing business for over 35 years in the southern Mommouth & northern Ocean county area. We are a family owned and operated company. The person we hire for this position must have:
- 10+ years of field experience in residential remodeling running projects of all sizes and scope
- Possess leadership skills and be able to run a job and all that it requires
- Good communication skills and be able to coordinate employees, subcontractors and materials
- Be motivated, self starting and team player
- Have valid NJ Drivers License
- Basic computer an internet knowledge (be able to use email, phone apps, etc for business
- Provide 2 professional references
- Have basic tools and transportation
