Ready Set Glow is a small business in Chula Vista, CA. Our goal is to help others love their skin and feel beautiful with our services. We are looking to hire either a licensed esthetician or licensed cosmetologist who is knowledgeable in eyelash extensions and facials. We offer corrective facials, treatments and chemical peels, eyelash extensions, lash lift, brow lamination, and waxing.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in facials and eyelash extensions. We are willing to train the right candidate for our other services. This is a part-time position for 2-3 days a week (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday) with 4-8 hours shifts with the possibility of increasing shifts dependent on your growth with the company. We are an appointment based business. Scheduling is dependent on clients that are scheduled for the week so we highly encourage you to market yourself on your social media.

Responsibilities:

• Discuss reasons for procedures.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Demonstrate the skills, techniques, and proper use of products and equipment.
• Prepare treatment areas, instruments, and cleansers according to manufacturers' guidelines and adhere to Stateboard recommendations.
• Proficient in applying classic and handmade volume eyelash extensions.
• Providing lash lift and brow lamination services (training provided)
• Wax hair in accordance with the procedure order. (Training provided)
• Apply chemical peels (Training provided)
• Mix or blend chemical solutions or creams for use in the spa or salon. (training provided)
• Provide our clients with micro channeling and microdermabrasion services (training provided)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
