Job description

Position Responsibilities:

Overseeing and working with crew members

Assigning daily tasks for property maintenance and ensuring that jobs are completed on time

Maintaining /documenting/ communicating status on all landscape equipment

Handling all onsite customer concerns

Assisting crew members in planting, mulching, staking and plant care as needed

Asses each property for poor quality and know how to improve it

Required qualifications include:

Strong work ethic and excellent attendance

Clean, valid Driver’s License

Pass a background check for secured properties

Experience in landscape maintenance

Experience pulling trailers

Attentiveness to detail and devotion to maintaining quality standards

Understanding of equipment

Knowledge of plants and their quality

Knowledge of irrigation is a plus

Commitment to safety standards

Fluency in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Dependable and interested in learning and expanding skills

Must be able to manage multiple jobs, be detail oriented, a problem solver, and communicate well with clients, staff, and supervisors

Starting pay rate based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
